UK-based back office optimisation software firm eg solutions, along with its partner Aspect Software, has secured a licence contract worth approximately $1.1m with an existing global bank customer to further deploy the eg operational intelligence software suite.
The company further plans to sign additional agreements with the bank for services.

Eg solutions acting CEO, Elizabeth Gooch, said they are pleased to secure the contract with the bank, which has recognised the value of eg’s software to its business.
"Furthermore, working together to secure this assignment has again demonstrated the value and strength of our relationship with Aspect.
"This contract underpins our forecasts for the year, as well as our confidence in the future and the potential for the Company to secure substantial workforce optimisation projects with large global institutions," Gooch added.
