Diebold, an Ohio-based technology and security systems provider, has extended its support to Alpine Bank for the launch of a new technologically-advanced branch at Union Station, Colorado.
The new branch will feature deposit automation-enabled Diebold’s Opteva 923 Branch Performance Series in-lobby teller terminals, Diebold’s 228 express cash recycler (ECR) and collaborative work areas.
The new branch, which will be 37th for Alpine Bank, will allow customers to manage their own cash and cheque deposits, balance inquiries, withdrawals and other transactions.
Alpine Bank Denver Region regional president, Norm Franke, said entering a new market with a more advanced service model is their opportunity to deliver a transformed branch experience to their customers.
"We’ll be delivering a more innovative banking experience that is more efficient for our customers and our operations," Franke added.
Diebold North America operations vice president, Mychal Kempt, said the Union Station location’s open, inviting design will encourage deeper relationships between Alpine Bank and its customers.
