US-based Customers Bank has launched Picture Pay mobile bill payment technology, as part of its upgraded mobile application, CB Access, allowing customers to conveniently make bill payments.

Customers Bank community banking president Warren Taylor said, "With the adoption of Picture Pay™, Customers Bank becomes one of only a handful of banks in the nation, let alone the Philadelphia region, to make mobile bill payment available to its banking customers.

Developed by Malauzai Software, the Picture Pay mobile bill payment technology is also being used by several banks, such as US Bank, City Bank Texas and First Financial Bankshares (FFIN) in Texas.

The improved version of Customers Bank’s CB Access suite of mobile services provides an array of advanced features to make customers’ banking experience as simple as possible, claims the lender.

The new enhancement includes a four-digit PIN, which allows customers to securely log in to their account.
