Wichita, Kansas-based Credit Union of America (CUA) has selected Alkami Technology’s ORB Digital Banking Platform to improve its customers’ digital banking experience.
Alkami said that its new platform will seamlessly integrate into the credit union’s Symitar core system and enhance member service by providing its more than 57,000 members with an engaging and intuitive digital banking experience.

By leveraging ORB, CUA will be able to promote products and services that are tailored, relevant and timely as well as grow and market to prospective members beyond its existing geographical reach.
Moreover, the alliance with ORB will help CUA offer a unified platform across multiple devices and functional offerings such as retail, business, mobile, bill pay, personal finance management, person-to-person payments, as well as marketing.
CUA senior vice president and chief information officer Richard Logan commented: "Our previous system had fallen behind the times. It wasn’t user friendly and it lacked the features and functionality needed to deliver our members an exceptional experience. With Alkami’s ORB, we’re transforming that experience to better achieve our strategic goals as well as position ourselves more competitively."
