Credit Union 1 has chosen Alkami’s ORB Platform to provide its members with modern digital banking experience that is similar to services offered at physical branches.
Seamlessly combining with the credit union’s existing core solution from D+H, the new platform will provide a consistent omnichannel experience and enable its more than 76,600 members to monitor their accounts regularly using their preferred channel.
The credit union believes that the new system will better support its members’ requirements by equipping them with the tools and resources necessary to better manage their monetary transactions.
Credit Union 1 president and CEO Tom Newins said that more than half of its members are online, but they still expect the same level of service as what they receive at the branch.
"With Alkami’s ORB platform, we’ll be able to provide superior service and help our members make smarter financial decisions – regardless of whether they choose to interact with us online or in person," Newins added.
Available either as a license or SaaS solution, ORB Platform is a single digital banking platform, which effectively promotes products and services, improves member support, and heightens security.
