Australia-based Commonwealth Bank has launched the iPhone version of its CommBank app that allows customers to perform mobile banking and payment using their iPhone.
Having launched the CommBank app for Android and Windows 8 platforms in December 2013, the bank has now made it available for iPhone users.
The app offers customers with convenient mobile banking solutions such as contactless mobile payments.
Commonwealth Bank digital channels executive general manager, Lisa Frazier, said the continued roll out of the CommBank app is making anytime, anywhere, mobile banking and payments a reality for more customers.
"From today, all of CommBank’s mobile customers have the opportunity to embrace the mobile wallet revolution and experience next generation mobile banking and payments enhancements.
"Our mobile customers can now leave their wallet at home and use their phone to pay for everyday items from a morning coffee, to groceries; while our mobile banking innovations make checking a balance, or paying a bill or a friend, simpler and faster," Frazier added.
