Bermuda-based Clarien Bank has selected Newgen Software as its technology partner to bolster omnichannel customer engagement and experience.

Clarien Bank will leverage Newgen’s Omnichannel Customer Engagement (CCM) product suite to streamline customer communications.

The CCM suite will enable the bank to deliver personalized communication to its customers, the technology vendor claims.

The solution is specifically designed to help create communication templates for personal and corporate credit cards, savings, loans, and time accounts.

CCM will also provide the bank with upsell opportunities, help improve retention, and build customer loyalty.

Clarien Bank chief digital and marketing officer Michael DeCouto said: “Newgen’s CCM suite will provide us with a unified platform for monitoring and managing customer communications across channels in a seamless manner.

The lender has already automated its customer onboarding and retail loan origination processes.
