Busey Bank, a US-based lender with $7.66bn in assets, and its holding company First Busey, have selected Jack Henry Banking’s banking platform SilverLake System.
The US-based lender tapped Jack Henry Banking solution to drive workflow enhancements, bolster digital capabilities and achieve further growth.
Additionally, Jack Henry’s open integration supported its selection, a feature which will enable Busey to connect with additional technology providers to bolster footprint in new areas.
First Busey chief information officer Howard Mooney said: “Jack Henry stood out on multiple fronts. Its advanced API network provides the open architecture and sophisticated connectivity necessary for us to chart our own course.
“This partnership supports our dedication to strategic process improvements and investment in integrated technology platforms, enabling us to better serve customers now and in the future.”
Busey selected Jack Henry solutions for its retail and commercial operations. The collaboration will also see the bank utilising Jack Henry’s digital suite.

Busey Bank has 44 branches in Illinois and 13 in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area. It also has five banking centres in southwest Florida and one in Indianapolis.
