Bank of the Ozarks has deployed Entrust Datacard financial instant issuance solution, including the Datacard CD820 instant issuance system and the Datacard CardWizard issuance software, across 170 locations throughout the south-eastern US.
The bank noted that instant issuance has become an important component for the bank as it continues to focus on the customer experience.

Bank of the Ozarks has boosted customer satisfaction and transaction rates by instantly issuing new and replacement debit cards to its customers following first implementation of the Entrust Datacard instant issuance solution in 2011.
Bank of the Ozarks executive vice president Susan Blair said: “We’ve found tremendous value with our instant issuance program.
“The increase of average transactions, as well as the increase in customer satisfaction has validated our investment and partnership with Entrust Datacard.
