Backbase, a Netherlands-based software firm, has updated its customer experience platform (CXP) with social capabilities that allows businesses to expand their omni-channel strategy.
With the new platform, businesses can merge their social channels with Backbase CXP, which can be managed alongside the digital desktop and mobile channels and offline touchpoints already supported by the company.
Revealed at FinovateAsia conference in Singapore, Backbase showcased the social login, social publishing, social marketing, and intuitive social app management features of the CXP.
The social login feature allows end customers to authenticate their identities instantly.
With the new platform, businesses can easily distribute all their portals, content and campaigns created with Backbase at different social platforms. They can also create mobile and omni-channel ready apps, and social applications such as Facebook Apps by using the Backbase platform.
Backbase CEO and co-founder Jouk Pleiter said today’s enterprises need to interact with their customers, partners, and employees through compelling, seamless experiences across several channels.
