New York’s Apple Bank has selected ACI Worldwide, an electronic payment and banking solutions provider, to power its business banking services.
The bank will deploy ACI’s self service business banking, mobile and bill pay offerings, to respond to the needs of its business clients quickly.
ACI’s self-service banking platform, part of the firm’s broader universal payments portfolio, will enable the lender offer a consistent, real-time experience across all self-service channels.
ACI will offer access to multiple comprehensive online business banking services such asACH payment and receipt management, online bill pay with invoicing capability, payroll and collections management, domestic and international wire support, and improved security workflow with advanced multi-layer entitlement.
Apple Bank will host its internet banking application in ACI’s data centres.
