
AdelFi Credit Union has deployed Alkami Technology’s digital banking platform to improve the digital experience for both retail and business members.
The integration of Alkami’s services allows AdelFi to offer a “secure” banking experience, aligning with its goal of engaging members in a seamless digital environment, stated the tech vendor.
The deployment encompasses Alkami’s “Digital Banking, Data & Marketing Solution”, along with “advanced” automated clearing house (ACH) functionalities, creating a unified platform with user-friendly design.
Additionally, the solution provides actionable insights that facilitate more targeted member engagement.
AdelFi chief information officer and chief technology senior vice president Chuck Kelly said: “Alkami’s Platform resonates with our strategic vision, emphasising ongoing enhancements and enriched features for our members.

In March this year, Alkami partnered with Greenlight Financial Technology, enabling its bank and credit union clients to access Greenlight’s debit card and finance app for kids and teens.
