ABN AMRO has awarded Indian software company Infosys a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract to offer IT services to its retail and commercial banking businesses.
Under the deal, Infosys will provide IT services for the bank’s operations across application development and maintenance, testing, as well as product implementation.
The deal also requires Infosys to create a strong IT framework for improved customer service, operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
ABN AMRO senior managing director, group chief information officer Frans van der Horst said, "Our customers today are changing rapidly ? they are always connected.
