New Mexico-based Los Alamos National Bank (LANB) has collaborated with ACH, a wire risk management services provider, to launch fraud protection technology services for its customers with PRO-TECH.
LANB president Steve Wells said that ACH Alert has a proven track record for delivering outstanding state-of-the-art technology solutions that can provide another layer of fraudulent transaction safeguards to our customers.
"In addition to helping us improve service to our customers, PRO-TECH captures revenue opportunities that we’d otherwise miss out on," Wells added.
Leveraging the new fraud technology, account holders can decide whether to pay or decline incoming electronic debits, thereby thwarting any possibility of fraud and theft.
When an electronic debit approaches to their account, customers receive an alert, which allows them to identify fraudulent entries immediately and return them instantly.
ACH Alert CEO Debbie Peace commented, "PRO-TECH is part of a layered approach to fraud prevention that shifts control of the pay/no-pay decision to the customer, an option most account holders crave."
