First Tennessee Bank, a $28bn Tennessee-based lender, has gone live on D3 Banking’s mobile banking application.
The vendor said that its D3 app includes analytics to help the bank gain a better insight on customers and thereby provide customers more tailored offerings.
The app also incorporates personal financial management functionality and automatic transaction categorization, the vendor said, to allow customers to understand their spending behaviour more effectively.
The D3 platform, which is already available to over 500,000 browser-based users of the bank, will now support over 300,000 mobile users. The vendor said that its platform helped the lender unify its digital users and services and reduce expenses.
First Tennessee Bank senior vice president, digital channel strategy executive Kevin Karrels said: “Since going live with the D3 online solution, we’ve seen a five-percent year over year increase in online banking usage and we expect to see strong results from mobile as well. D3’s digital platform allows us to provide the seamless, consistent experience our users want, backed by the flexible, scalable architecture we need to continue to grow, evolve and fortify our market position.”
