The DNA account processing platform from Open Solutions, a part of financial services provider Fiserv, has been selected by the Greater Nevada Credit Union to improve service for its 45,000 members.

The DNA platform employs a data model that is designed around the individual and their relationship with an institution, rather than a transaction.

Wally Murray, president and chief executive officer at Greater Nevada, said: "We wanted to upgrade our enterprise infrastructure with Fiserv to further streamline our systems and ensure our technology remains current. After an extensive evaluation, we decided to stay with the provider who could deliver the best platform for our needs."

"The open architecture of DNA will allow us to utilize a single, member-centric database for a more consistent and personalized member experience."

Greater Nevada follows Navigant Credit Union, Midflorida Credit Union and Vermont Federal Credit Union in selecting this platform.
