DBS stole the show last night at the 3rd annual Customer Experience in Financial Services Awards 2017, sponsored by Tagit Mobile at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Singapore, scooping up five awards categories.

Hosted by Retail Banker International and Arena Financial, DBS collected awards for: Best Business Change Initiative; it also snapped up two of the channel awards for Best Customer Experience Branches and for Online. In addition, DBS was recognised for Best Tech Implementation-Back Office and the Leadership Award for Best Customer Experience: Institution.

Multiple winners included Citi, recognised for the Team Award for Leadership in Customer Experience and Best Customer Experience: Call Centres.

Maybank scored a double collecting the awards for Best Client Onboarding Initiative and Best use of social media.

Siam Commercial Bank also won two awards: Best Customer Experience: Cards and Best Brand Engagement.

The Individual award for Leadership in Customer Experience was collected by Janice Koh of Standard Chartered; StanChart also picked up the award for Best Customer Experience Business Model.
