The proportion of major banks, central banks, and non-bank competitors companies hiring for future of work related positions rose in November 2021 compared with the equivalent month last year, with 61.2% of the companies included in our analysis recruiting for at least one such position.
This latest figure was higher than the 52.7% of companies who were hiring for future of work related jobs a year ago and an increase compared to the figure of 59.6% in October 2021.
When it came to the rate of all job openings that were linked to future of work, related job postings rose in November 2021, with 5.4% of newly posted job advertisements being linked to the topic.
This latest figure was an increase compared to the 5.1% of newly advertised jobs that were linked to future of work in the equivlent month a year ago.
